Rewards program is a new policy launched by HAIXING, aiming at offering better service to our customers. Customers who place orders in HAIXING will win certain points which can be exchanged for cash.
【Points Calculation Rules】
Points can be accumulated in two ways: consumption credits and rewards credits.
Consumption credits: According to the amount in the“Shipping Commercial Invoice”in each order, every 1,000 USD can accumulate one point, less than 1,000 USD is not available. The accumulation of consumption credits in each quarter calls as “ Quarter Consumption Points”, in each year calls as “Annual Consumption Points”, in total including rewards credit calls “ Total Points.” （Customer’s total points are valid for the year they are accumulated and will be zero cleared the next year.）
Rewards Credit: Rewards Credit is formed of two parts: irregular reward points and seasonal reward points.
Irregular reward points: Points will be given irregularly, such as a time when is your or our company’s Founded Anniversary, or your birthday. We will give you points ranging from 3 to 8.
Seasonal reward points: Points will be awarded according your seasonal consumption points and differ from different ranks of VIP. Details are as follows:
Quarter: Q1 (January, February, March), Q2(April, May, June), Q3(July, August, September), Q4(October, November, December).
【Standard of Points Exchange】
Standard of Points Exchange: Total Points reaches 50 points. From July, 2010, when your “Total Points” accumulates to 50 points, you can start your point exchange plan as a Silver VIP in HAIXING. For more information about how much the credits you own be exchanged into cash, please contact directly with sales in Haixing you keep contacting with.
*The cash you exchange from the points can only be used to offset your purchase amount only but not be returned directly to your bank accounts.
【Standards of HAIXING VIP Assessment】
From July, 1st, 2010, the standards of assessing HAIXING VIP will follow these standars:
Calculation Method:
VIP rank is accessed according to your “Annual Consumption Points” of the year. You can start enjoying corresponding VIP preference treatment in the following year. For example, in 2010, your “Annual Consumption Points” is 500, then you can enjoy Diamond VIP treatment in 2011, which is valid for one year. If at the end of 2011, your “Annual Consumption Points” is among 280—500, you can only enjoy Platinum VIP treatment in 2012.
Notice:
1. From 2011, you have choice to exchange your consumption credits into cash at the end of every season if your credits are more than 50.
2. All the credits will be zero cleared on Feb. 20 of each year (as it’s the first year we launched this program, the credits zero cleared date will extend to Mar.15, 2011).
3. Rewards program, as a part of Customer Feedback Plan in HAIXING, will be adjusted occasionally so as to be in accordance with market changes and customers’needs.

5. Every customer has to place orders in the same sales representative throughout the cooperation with HAIXING. If you change to other sales representative for no reason, points will automatically be cleared.
